Sobha Realty is part of Sobha Group, which was founded by PNC Menon in 1976 as an interior decoration business in Oman. The company is known for its “backward integrated” model: design, engineering, construction and finishing are handled in-house rather than by outside contractors, giving it close control over build quality and detailing. Its flagship in Dubai is Sobha Hartland, a green, master-planned community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
