How we choose the projects we present
Dubai sees new launches every month. Not every launch deserves attention, and not every opportunity suits every investor. Before we present a development, we assess it on eight points.
Location
Access, surroundings and what is planned nearby.
Developer track record
Delivery history, build quality and handover record.
Design quality
Layouts, specification and how the homes will live.
Payment structure
How the plan fits your cash flow and your goals.
Pricing
Value against comparable launches and resale homes nearby.
Investment potential
Likely rental demand and the future resale market.
Future demand
Who will want to live or invest here in years to come.
The finished product
The quality of the community once it is complete.
The process
Buying off-plan, step by step
Off-plan purchases in Dubai follow a well-regulated process. We guide you through each stage and stay involved until handover.
Reserve
Choose your unit and pay the booking amount set by the developer.
Sign
Sign the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the developer.
Register
The sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department on its off-plan register (Oqood).
Pay
Instalments follow the payment plan and are paid into the project’s escrow account.
Handover
On completion, the home is inspected, snagged and handed over to you.
